XQ-1T Semi-automatic Metallographic Specimen Mounting Machine
The XQ-1T semi-automatic metallographic specimen embedding machine is used to embed and shape small or irregular shaped specimens that are not easy to hold by hand with thermosetting plastics. It is also an essential pre-process for grinding and polishing. After embedding, its external dimensions are fixed and uniform, which is convenient for hand holding or subsequent fully automatic grinding and polishing (it can be used together with our company’s automatic grinding and polishing machine for better results). It is particularly suitable for specimens that need to protect the edges or need to be automatically polished. Embedding the specimen is an essential process.
