W-B75/B Series Webster Hardness Tester
W-B75/B Webster Hardness Tester is a portable one-handed hardness tester, which can be used to quickly test the hardness of soft brass and other materials on site. The test is quick and simple, with one card, and the hardness value can be read directly.
Main functions and features：
- The Webster hardness tester is suitable for testing profiles, pipes and plates, and is especially suitable for quick and non-destructive qualification inspection of product hardness at the production site, sales site or construction site. ；
- The standard hardness block is tested by a standard hardness machine;
- The Webster hardness value can be converted into commonly used Vickers, Rockwell, Brinell hardness and tensile strength values;
Main purpose and scope of application：
- Determine whether the workpiece has heat treatment and check the heat treatment effect
- Determine whether the workpiece is processed from inappropriate alloys
- It is inconvenient to test long, heavy workpieces or assemblies that are inconvenient to send to the laboratory
- Used for production inspection, acceptance inspection and quality supervision inspection
