CHRTS-45Z fully automatic Rockwell hardness tester series is a new generation of high-tech intelligent products, using a closed-loop loading control system, high test force accuracy, good repeatability and stability of the indicated value, the shell is made of one-piece casting, the surface is treated with automotive paint, and the shape is novel. The hardness tester can be equipped with an optional XY automatic moving platform, automatic programming, and automatic dotting, which is suitable for end quenching tests; it can be equipped with a PC computer, and the hardness tester can be controlled and measured through multiple computer terminals, and statistical analysis of data can be performed to issue test reports, etc. The test report can also be customized according to user requirements. Main functions and features of the instrument
1. The 8-inch LCD touch screen can intuitively display hardness value, converted hardness, test method, test force, brightness, initial test force holding time, total test force holding time, elastic recovery time, number of measurements, statistical data, test time, etc.;
