The HBE-3000AS digital display electronic Brinell hardness tester adopts advanced electronic sensor loading technology. Through a closed-loop control system, the CPU controls the sensor to collect signals, and the stepper motor automatically loads and unloads the test force, and can automatically compensate for the test force to ensure more accurate force values and more stable indications. After measuring the indentation through the eyepiece, the indentation length is directly measured to directly obtain the hardness value, which improves work efficiency. At the same time, it is equipped with an emergency stop device, which complies with the EU CE safety standards, has more reliable operability and safety, and has a high cost-effectiveness. It is widely used in factory workshops, colleges and universities, scientific research institutions, laboratories.
