The PC end is connected in series with the hardness tester through the communication protocol to realize the control of the mechanical movement part of the hardness tester, which can realize: automatic multi-function tower position, automatic identification of objective lens and indenter, automatic rise and fall, automatic focusing, automatic loading, automatic load retention, automatic unloading, automatic measurement, and light brightness adjustment. By linking the built-in CCD measurement and acquisition system, the clear indentation image dynamic can be displayed on the PC in real time, and the indentation can be directly locked to automatically measure the hardness value, automatically save the test data, and generate a report. The optical system adopts a high-magnification LED optical objective lens, with high image clarity and long-term operation without fatigue. The hardware system adopts advanced electronic sensor loading technology. Through a closed-loop control system, the system controls the sensor to collect signals, and the high-speed stepping motor automatically loads and unloads the test force, and can automatically compensate for the test force to ensure more accurate force value and more stable indication value. It is also equipped with an emergency stop device, which complies with EU CE safety standards. It has humanized operability, more reliable stability and safety.
