Low-speed precision cutting machine HQG-200B

The HQG-200B is a compact, high-accuracy precision cutter designed for delicate material sectioning and laboratory sample preparation. Powered by a 300W motor with variable cutting speeds from 100 to 1500 rpm, it supports precise slicing using a Φ200×0.9×Φ32 mm cutting disc and achieves a maximum cutting depth of 50 mm.

Featuring gravity-feed chopping with adjustable 0–700 g counterweight loading, the HQG-200B ensures smooth, stable cutting performance. Its 0–25 mm micrometer feed with 0.01 mm resolution provides fine control for accurate positioning. The intuitive touchscreen interface enhances ease of operation, while optional plate clamps allow cutting of circuit boards and other specialized samples.
