CHRTS-150ZS The fully automatic Rockwell hardness tester series is a new generation of high-tech intelligent products. It adopts a closed-loop loading control system, with high test force accuracy, good repeatability and stability of the indication. The shell is cast in one piece, and the surface is treated with automotive paint. It has novel modeling, good reliability, operability and repeatability, complete functions, one key operation, fully automatic measurement, and clear and intuitive display. The hardness test of a full range of Rockwell scales can be carried out by using the automatic loading and unloading test force. The hardness tester can be equipped with XY automatic mobile platform, automatic programming and automatic dotting, which is suitable for end quenching test; It can be equipped with an optional PC computer to control and measure the hardness tester through multiple computer terminals, and can conduct statistical analysis of data and issue test reports. You can also customize the test report according to user requirements. Realize automatic operation, eliminate manual operation and reading error!
Main functions and characteristics of the instrument:
- The 8-inch LCD touch screen can directly display the hardness value, converted hardness, test method, test force, brightness, holding time of initial test force, holding time of total test force, elastic recovery time, measurement times, statistical data, test time, etc
- The system has its own calibration function, which can automatically adjust the error range of 80-120%, or calibrate the instrument separately for low and high values
- When testing the surface, it is automatically corrected according to the standard surface radius;
- It can store 100 groups of test data, view test data at any time, delete current data or clear all test data;
- The test force units can be converted to each other, and the conversion unit is: (Kgf, N)
- It can display the average value, test times and product name at the same time;
- The main interface can display 4 conversion scales at the same time and can switch: national standards (GB), American standards (ASTM) and international standards (ISO). A total of 20 measurement scales can be converted: HRA, HRB, HRC, HRD, HRE, HRF, HRG, HRK, HR15N, HR30N, HR45N, HR15T, HR30T, HR45T, HK, HBW, HS, HBS, HV, Rm (tensile strength)
- It can set the screen sleep time, and automatically enter the sleep state without operation for a long time, saving environmental protection;
- The upper and lower limits of measurement range can be set, which is displayed on the main measurement interface, and the unqualified value will automatically prompt the alarm;
