（LX-C-2） Shore Hardness Tester
Shore hardness tester (rubber hardness tester) is widely used in hardness measurement of rubber and plastic. With the features of simple structure, convenient use, small body, light weight, and intuitive reading, it can carry hand-held measurement, or it can be set on the same type of fixed load holder for matching production.
Product standard and applications:
- The products are produced according to the ISO 868 and ISO 7619 international standards and meet the standards of GB/T531, JB6148 and JJG304
- It is suitable for measuring the hardness of an image-molded microporous material made of a foaming agent with a stress of 0.5kg/cm2 or more when the compression rate is 50%, and it can also be used for the hardness test of other materials with similar hardness.
Features:
It is not necessary to observe the value in real time according to the change of the measurement angle. As soon as the measurement is performed, the driven pointer is directly positioned on the measured numerical scale, which facilitates reading and eliminates the error caused by the change of the observation angle.
