CHRTS-150S The touch-screen digital dual Rockwell hardness tester series is a new generation of high-tech intelligent products. It adopts a closed-loop loading control system, with high test force accuracy, good repeatability and stability of the indication. The shell is cast in one piece, and the surface is treated with automotive paint. It has a novel shape, good reliability, operability, repeatability, complete functions, and clear and intuitive display. The hardness test of a full range of Rockwell scales can be carried out by using the automatic loading and unloading test force. The measuring device adopts a grating sensor, and the hardness indication is directly displayed on the LCD screen. It can automatically convert various hardness parameters. When testing the cylinder, you can automatically add a correction amount. Built in printer to read relevant test results. Realize automatic operation, eliminate manual operation and reading error! At the same time, the machine is also equipped with an emergency stop device for safer use
Main functions and characteristics of the instrument:
- The 8-inch LCD touch screen can directly display the hardness value, converted hardness, test method, test force, brightness, holding time of initial test force, holding time of total test force, elastic recovery time, measurement times, statistical data, test time, etc
- The system has its own calibration function, which can automatically adjust the error range of 80-120%, or calibrate the instrument separately for low and high values
- When testing the surface, it is automatically corrected according to the standard surface radius;
- It can store 100 groups of test data, view test data at any time, delete current data or clear all test data;
- The test force units can be converted to each other, and the conversion unit is: (Kgf, N)
- It can display the average value, test times and product name at the same time;
