W-BB75/B Webster hardness tester
W-BB75/B Webster hardness tester is a portable hardness tester with single hand operation. It can be quickly tested on site to test the hardness of soft brass, copper and other materials. The test is rapid and easy. A card can be used. The hardness value can be read directly to test various cold-rolled plates, hot-rolled plates, galvanized plates, seamless steel pipes, welded pipes and other steel materials.
Main functions and features:
- The Webster hardness tester is suitable for testing profiles, tubes and plates. It is particularly suitable for the rapid and non-destructive inspection of product hardness at the production site, sales site or construction site.
- The standard hardness block is tested by the standard hardness machine;
- Webster hardness value can be converted into commonly used Vickers, Rockwell, Brinell hardness and tensile strength values;
Main purpose and application:
- Determine whether the workpiece heat treatment, check the heat treatment effect
- Determine whether the workpiece is not processed by the appropriate alloy
- Test inconvenience to the laboratory’s long, heavy workpiece or assembly
