2. Service Commitment

Juhui’s technical team provides timely feedback, remote assistance, and efficient repair services to ensure uninterrupted operation of your equipment.

  • Response Time:
    All inquiries and service requests are acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt (working days).
  • Technical Diagnosis:
    Preliminary fault analysis and troubleshooting guidance will be offered within 48 hours after receiving detailed information from the customer.
  • Repair or Replacement:
    If on-site repair or parts replacement is required, arrangements will be made within 5–7 working days, depending on location and spare part availability.

3. Warranty Coverage

All Juhui products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment.

During the warranty period, Juhui provides:

  • Free repair or replacement for defects caused by manufacturing or material issues.

Warranty does not cover damages caused by:

4. Repair Process

Contact Juhui via email or phone, describing the problem and attaching photos or videos.

2️⃣ Technical Evaluation:
Our engineers diagnose the issue remotely and determine the best solution.

3️⃣ Repair Plan:
A detailed repair or parts replacement plan (including cost estimate if out of warranty) is provided.

4️⃣ Execution:
The repair will be performed either remotely, by authorized local service partners, or at our factory service center.

5️⃣ Testing & Confirmation:
After repair, the equipment is retested to ensure full functionality before returning to the customer.


5. Spare Parts & Maintenance

Juhui maintains a sufficient inventory of standard spare parts for all major product lines.
Customers can order replacement components directly, and our service team will guide installation and calibration remotely if needed.
