Webster-Härteprüfer der Serie W-B92
The W-B92 Webster hardness tester is a portable hardness tester operated with one hand. It can be used for quick on-site testing of the hardness of mild steel materials such as low carbon steel and stainless steel. The test is fast and simple, and only one card is needed. The hardness value can be read directly.
Main functions and features:
- The Webster hardness tester is suitable for testing profiles, pipes and plates, and is particularly suitable for rapid, non-destructive inspection of product hardness at production sites, sales sites or construction sites. ;
- The standard hardness block is tested by a standard hardness machine;
- The Webster hardness value can be converted into commonly used Vickers, Rockwell, Brinell hardness and tensile strength values;
Main uses and scope of application:
- Determine whether the workpiece has been heat treated and check the heat treatment effect
- Determine whether the workpiece is made of inappropriate alloys
- Test long, heavy workpieces or assemblies that are inconvenient to send to the laboratory
- Used for production inspection, acceptance inspection and quality supervision inspection
