SHL-140 portable Leeb hardness tester can directly measure Rockwell (HRC, HRB), Leeb (HL), Brinell (HB), Vickers (HV), Shore (HS) hardness values. It complies with international standards and the “Technical Conditions for Leeb Hardness Tester ZBN7l 010-90” issued by the Ministry of Machinery Industry, the “Metal Leeb Hardness Test Method GB/T 17394-1998” issued by the State Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision, and the Leeb Hardness Tester Standard JB/T9378-2001.

SHL-140 can be equipped with D-type and DL-type impact bodies, which achieves the powerful function of dual-purpose while achieving extreme portability, greatly facilitating users. This instrument adopts ultra-low power consumption design, uses high-performance batteries to achieve ultra-long working and standby time, and the more compact and flexible appearance design improves the flexibility of use.

Based on the Leeb hardness measurement principle, a variety of metal materials can be tested with high precision.  Supports “forged steel (Steel)” materials. When using a D/DC impact device to test a “forged steel” sample, the HB value can be read directly without manual table lookup. Conveniently switch to all hardness systems (HL, HB, HRB, HRC, HRA, HV, HS), and convert each hardness system value in parallel.

Features:

  1. Display: Full Chinese display, menu-based operation, simple and convenient operation. OLED LCD screen, convenient to use in any environment.
  2. Measurement function: One host can be equipped with 7 different impact devices for use. No recalibration is required when replacing, and the type of impact device can be automatically identified.
  3. Data storage: It can store 48 to 350 groups (impact times 32 to 1) of single measurement values, average values, measurement date, impact direction, times, materials, hardness system and other information.
  4. Alarm output: The upper and lower limits of the hardness value can be set in advance, and an automatic alarm will be issued when the range is exceeded, which is convenient for users to conduct batch tests.
  5. Calibration: It has the function of indicating software calibration.
  6. Battery: The power supply adopts 2 AA (No. 5) ordinary alkaline batteries, which can work continuously for no less than 100 hours, and has power saving functions such as automatic sleep and automatic shutdown.
